For those families attending the Creepy Hollow Campout this Saturday and Sunday here is some important information in additon to the emails received earlier in the week.
Due to a rainy and cold weekend forecast, the family campout has been cancelled. We are looking into rescheduling and will let everyone know if that happens. Refunds will be given as soon as possible.
Registration for the Cardinal District Day Camp is still open. Day camp runs from June 20 - June 24. For additional information and to register, click on the link below.
For each scout that attends, a parent or guardian must volunteer as a chaperone as described in the information available on the website.
Additionally, Pack 788 must have one full-time adult staff volunteer for every ten scouts attending OR two set-up volunteers for June 19 and two take-down volunteers for June 24.
After you register online you must complete the registration process by emailing Anne Keo at keoteach25@yahoo.com (the Pack 788 Day Camp Coordinator) and let her know that you have done so. You will need to provide Anne with the days that you can chaperone at camp and tell her if you paid the camp fee using the online payment option. Anne will be handling the chaperone schedule and collecting payments as needed.
